Running a couple reboots to apply changes to Operating System.

Between approximately 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM (PST), the server’s backup process became unresponsive, resulting in temporary downtime.

Once identified, we took the opportunity to address the underlying issue at the server level to prevent recurrence during future backup windows. Because this occurred after hours, we kept the server offline slightly longer to safely apply necessary patches and ensure system stability.

All systems are now back online and operating normally.
